Flavio Soriano
McKinsey & Company

Flavio is an experienced management consultant and entrepreneur. He has a BA and a Masters in Management and he worked as a management consultant both at Arthur D Little and McKinsey & Company for a total of 5 years. Flavio has already founded five businesses, one of which is The Case Interview Academy, a successful case interview preparation coaching company that has published one of the most downloaded apps for case training. Flavio enjoys immersing himself in other cultures and chose Berlin as his new home.

Michael, having gathered experiences as a consultant at both Strategy& and BCG, had cultivated a robust emphasis on Strategy and Digital within his expertise. He has also excelled as a job application and interview coach, guiding candidates worldwide into MBB consulting. His global perspective extends beyond his coaching role, evident in his extensive expatriate experience spanning over 6 years across the US, Mexico, Colombia, Germany, Spain, South Africa, and South Korea.

Jason Cohen, a former Case Team Leader at Bain in Hong Kong, Paris, and Singapore, dedicated six impactful years to core strategy projects in airlines, agriculture, and M&A. His extensive global exposure reflects his adaptability as a cross-cultural executive. Post-Bain, he excelled as both an entrepreneur, founding a thriving tea company, and an intrapreneur, establishing a successful consulting arm within a professional services firm. Jason’s pursuits extend to academia, where he currently pursues a higher degree in archaeology, showcasing his lifelong dedication to learning. Beyond his professional endeavors, Jason finds joy in exploring diverse cultures through travel, capturing moments through photography, expressing thoughts through writing, and savoring various cuisines.

After obtaining his Bachelor's degree from the Universidade de São Paulo, Adriano forged his path as a former Bain consultant, specializing in retail and consumer-goods projects. Post-Bain, he thrived at a boutique consulting firm, founded by an ex-MBB partner, where he honed his affinity for strategy and problem-solving. Guided by his fervent passion for mentoring and teaching, he assumed a role at High Bridge's Faculty, dedicated to nurturing the growth of junior consultants and empowering companies to realize their fullest potential.

Juliane Hoss

M.-Sc. Psychology, Coach and Systemic Counsellor
Juliane Hoss is an experienced coach with clients from all around the world seeking guidance in their professional and personal lives. Her focus is on career guidance & transition, mental health & well-being as well as conflicts & relationships. She guides clients to gain new perspectives on their current situation and support with their next steps. Her career started as a management consultant with Bain & Company, before she was asked to build a niche research and consulting company for a trust, Africa Check, for 2,5 years and then joined a newly launched management consulting company called Anura Partners in South Africa. She holds a Masters in Psychology from the University of Constance, Germany, and a Masters in Human Resources and Organisations from the Department of Management at the London School of Economics. She is passionate about youth work, personal growth and transformation - over the past 10 years, she has built a non-profit organisation focusing on diversity, societal justice, and anti-racism.

Olga is ex-McKinsey, ex-Accenture partner with more than 20 years of strategy, M&A and value creation experience driving growth and performance improvement of companies from various sectors and geographies. She is passionate in executive education: in 2021/2022 she was a professor of business practices at Skolkovo Business School in Moscow teaching Data Driven Decision making and AI for Executive MBA and MBA classes. She also gained experience advising Private Equity firms on the digital transformation of their portfolio companies and growth strategies.

With his perfect academic record since high school culminating in a PhD in Physics from Justus Liebig University Giessen, he spent over 5 years working at his alma mater before launching into a 3 year run with BCG in Milan as a Senior Associate and Consultant. He is now working at a well-known FinTech company in the COO's office. His astounding dedication to giving something back to the community is to be admired, spending 2 years as a Scout Leader and working with a poverty alleviation charity for over 10 years. He enjoys photography, sailing and model building when time allows.

Nemanja’s 20-year career spans roles at P&G, Kearney, and Sun Life, where he led Strategy, Digital, and Analytics teams. Passionate about talent development and diversity, equity, and inclusion, he holds an MBA and MS in Sustainability from the University of Michigan. Fluent in English, Serbian, and French, Nemanja also dabbles in a couple of other languages.

Anrian Tamba

Anrian combines his consulting expertise with his entrepreneurial spirit. Previously an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and Senior Manager at Kearney, he focused on digital transformations. A core member of the recruiting teams at McKinsey & Kearney, Anrian led various initiatives for international and fresh graduate hiring in Southeast Asia. He has formally interviewed hundreds of candidates. An active coach for MBB candidates, he boasts a success rate of over 75%. Recently, Anrian has been venturing into fintech, social commerce, and agriculture.

Brendan is a co-founder and Managing Director at Secha Capital, a growth capital impact fund in Southern Africa, which emphasizes tech-enabled transitions in traditional industries towards a green economy. Before founding Secha Capital, he was a consultant at Bain & Company, with earlier roles at SJF Ventures and as a bond analyst at Putnam Investments. Brendan holds an MBA from Duke University.
